Mardo Cigars is an online retailer of premium cigars and accessories. This family-owned business based in California and Florida has been offering the most exclusive and hard-to-find cigar products for more than three decades.

Mardo Cigars has an online and multi-location brick-and-mortar presence.

Since the inception of the merchant's online presence, the client's sales were becoming stagnant. The main challenge was to isolate user experience friction points and improve ecommerce growth.

Omnycode's UX/UI team proposed a complete redesign of the main pages of the website, including Homepage, Product Detailed Page and Category Page. Additionally, our team implemented the new faceted filter functionality and "notify me when back in stock" feature. The project was finished with a comprehensive marketing strategy overview, as well as migration to a more advanced Email Service and Automation Provider.
